Designed for patients on various medications who would like to learn more about their medications or who are experiencing side effects due to multiple medications. A report will be carefully written by a trained pharmacist which can be provided to your General Practitioner for review.

A pharmacist can issue a certificate stating that someone is unable to attend work due to illness, injury or needing to care for an immediate family or household member.
